He is the founder and director of NS Sekhukhune Inc. Attorney. He holds LLB degree from the University of South Africa, and Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from AIPSA offered through the University of Pretoria.

His experience span from October 1999 when he was in the employ of the Master of the High Court, Pretoria, where he dealt mainly with examining compliance with the prescribed processes of administration of insolvent estates, companies in liquidation and deceased estates.

He left the public service in the year 2003 to work for an Insolvency Practice where he acquired invaluable skills of administration of insolvent estates and companies in liquidation. He amicably parted ways with the latter Practice in 2004.

In 2005, he shifted his focus on igniting the operations of his private Company, Baatseba Trust, which, at its infancy, dealt with administration of deceased estates, and it progressively expanded its services to incorporate insolvencies and liquidation of divorce estates.

In 2022, he established Law Practice under the name and style of NS Sekhukhune Inc. which was founded on the pillars of his of wealth of experience in administration of deceased estates, insolvencies and liquidation of divorce estates.
